The Earl of Doncaster are now looking to recruit an experienced Night Porter, working on a full time basis.

Previous experience within Food & Beverage, Conference & Banqueting and Reception areas will be key along with the experience of using front office system such as Rezlynx although this is not essential.

**Night Porter Summary**:

- Your main aim will be guest care, satisfaction and security.
- Check In and Out of our guests, adhering to Company standards along with ensuring we meet our guests expectations.
- You will be the first point of contact for our guests and deal with any queries or requests our guests have during the night hours.
- You will be responsible for completing shift procedures, dealing with banking, cash and credit card transactions you have taken throughout your shift.
- Health and Safety, security and fire walks to be maintained in order to provide a safe environment for our guests and employees
- To be fully conversant with hotel facilities and promotions and have knowledge of the local area.
- To maximize revenue generation opportunities.
- To ensure the hotel is set for the next day as per the confirmed business / function sheets.
- Ensure all general public areas are clean and tidy and presentable.
- Liaise with C&B Manager / Operations Manager to ensure all conference rooms are set to company standard and that full handovers are completed to maximize communication across all areas.
- Assist with running and close-down of functions.
