- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service/facing role requried
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Customer Service Representative will be based at our office location.
