London, United Kingdom Zenith Full time

Company Description

We think big. And act bigger. Stay versatile and interconnected. We approach everything with an inventive spirit and rigorous mindset. Individually we’re great, but as a team we’re unstoppable. Together, we seek out opportunities, frame problems and solve complex challenges. Our collective brilliance exposes breakthroughs. Our capability unleashes creativity. We pursue a new perspective and deliver a new kind of ROI.

Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide.

We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

**Job Description**:
In March 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. We have established the Adobe.pub team to act as a seamless extension of the Adobe marketing team. Adobe.pub sits within the Zenith Global team and benefits from the opportunity, infrastructure and culture of one of the best international agencies in London.

The EMEA team, which has 70 members spread across London and India, covers all EMEA activity, from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe’s digital engagement.

We are looking for a EMEA Performance Planning Lead. This is an opportunity to work with one of the world’s finest global technology firms in a freshly formed team dedicated to delivering the greatest digital marketing in the world. It is an interesting, dynamic, and diverse workplace in which to manage significant budgets and learn from the top practitioners.

Overall leadership of Adobe.pub’s EMEA planning product across upper and lower funnel activity.
- Develop and implement a vision for the best way to deploy Adobe’s media investment in digital channels to deliver the best business, digital and brand outcomes for Adobe, using audience, platform and attribution data & models.
- Develop effective and efficient planning strategies each quarter across all channels (but primarily digital) to drive brand, digital and business results for Adobe’s products. Help Adobe overcome the walled gardens to understand the actual impact of different channels on their results.
- Represent all planning on the management team of Adobe.pub and work collaboratively with the rest of the management team (implementation lead, measurement lead, data & analytics lead etc).
- Lead the EMEA planning and account management for all of Adobe’s in-scope products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Express and Acrobat.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and buying process each quarter for Adobe across the account.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of the plan working closely with Digital Activation Team.
- Develop relationships with key media vendors to negotiate partnerships for Adobe.
- Oversee a robust test & learn programmes to improve Adobe’s media effectiveness in partnership with the Digital Strategy Director, Analytics and Digital Activation Teams.
- Ensure high quality data delivery for Adobe, together with the relevant digital specialists.
- Effectively analyse historical campaigns to integrate learnings into future campaigns, together with the analytics teams within Adobe.pub and Adobe.
- Move Adobe towards a “full-funnel” approach combing lower and upper funnel media to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and coach a team of seven (3 Directors, 1 Manager and 3 Execs) and effectively lead the larger Adobe.pub team on the relevant planning assignments.
- Always seek out new and improved planning approaches, partners, data sets, processes and ways of working to continuously improve the team.
- Contribute to the development of the broader global Adobe.pub, Zenith Global & Publicis Media planning product.
- Look for opportunities to expand Adobe.pub’s relationship and scope with Adobe by providing services that drive growth for Adobe.

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for a brilliant digital driven leader who can tell compelling stories through data and gain buy-in across a wide variety of stakeholders.
- A strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in digital, analytics and optimisation, able to uncover strategic insights that can help create, shape and transform overall client strategic direction through a media strategy and communications plan.
- Clear grasp of technical digital concepts with reasonable practical technical knowledge, but a leader & planner, rather than a specialist channel practitioner.
