Workforce Planning Co-ordinator

**Job description**:
The Workforce Planning Co-Ordinator will typically work between the hours of 09.00-17.00, however, there may be a requirement to work flexibly.
Work is generally office based with the exception of recruitment events and meetings with external partners which can take place on or off the premises and at various locations throughout the Merseyside and Lancashire region.
**Responsibilities**:
**FULL AND PART TIME STAFF**
- Monitor health declarations for all new staff and report through to the relevant manager where a risk assessment is required
- Monitor hours worked and generate welfare checks for staff working overtime in excess of agreed levels of hours
**BANK STAFF**
- Maintaining and managing the bank staff list which will involve:
- Contacting bank staff regarding availability for work
- Monitor rota system across the organisation to identify needs and report any issues
- Monitoring bank staff welfare in accordance with hours worked
- Recording and reporting issues regarding bank staff to the relevant senior service manager
- Managing bank staff hours
- Managing bank staff fixed term contracts
**AGENCY STAFF**
- Maintaining and managing the agency profiling list which will involve:
- Contacting agencies regarding staff deployed to Glenelg services to establish training completed
- Ensuring driving license checks are completed for all drivers
- Monitoring services who are using agency to support reduction in use
- Reduce agency profiling list to an acceptable business level
**RECRUITMENT ACTIVITY**
- Support the Recruitment & Retention Officer by attending recruitment events throughout the year. Arrange for employees / supported individuals to attend the events. Ensure any materials / merchandise used at the events are kept up to date and relevant.
- Recruitment of new bank staff and monitoring of hours worked by existing bank staff in line with procedure.
