As a Lead Generator on our Sales Street Team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting prospective students and fostering their interest in our partner courses.

**Job Overview**:
As a Lead Generator on our Sales Street Team, you will be the first point of contact for potential students, engaging with them through face-to-face interactions, distributing promotional literature, and utilizing your character judgement to encourage them to enroll in courses offered by our partners. You will have the opportunity to directly impact our student recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth of Mayfair Students.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively engage with potential students in high foot traffic areas, educational fairs, and other events to introduce Mayfair Students and our partner courses.
- **Promotional Material Distribution**: Distribute informational brochures, flyers, and promotional materials to capture the attention of prospective students.
- **Build Rapport**: Establish a positive and approachable demeanor to build rapport with potential students, creating a comfortable environment for meaningful conversations.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate and relevant information about the courses, programs, and benefits offered by our partners to address prospective students' inquiries.
- **Character Judgment**: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to assess the needs, interests, and goals of potential students, tailoring your approach to match their individual aspirations.
- **Encourage Enrollment**: Employ effective communication techniques to motivate potential students to take the next steps in the enrollment process, including providing contact information and scheduling follow-up interactions.
- **Data Collection**: Accurately record lead information and interactions for future follow-up and reporting purposes.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the Sales Street Team and the wider Mayfair Students team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies.
- **Performance Metrics**: Work towards achieving and exceeding lead generation targets, conversion rates, and other performance metrics set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals.
- Charismatic and approachable demeanor, able to quickly build trust and rapport.
- Ability to work effectively in high foot traffic areas and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Exceptional character judgment skills to understand potential students' needs and motivations.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Basic understanding of the education industry and an eagerness to learn about our partner courses.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
