The Tivoli is looking for a Booking Coordinator to join the team
- **Up to £27,000 per annum, plus tips and bonus**:

With odes to its cinematic & brewing past whilst embracing its riverside location, The Tivoli combines 2 street food stalls, an array of amazing drinks across 4 bars, two 9-hole indoor golf courses, a shuffleboard basement, event/screening room and a roof terrace with wonderful views across Jesus Green. On top of the above, with its planned flexibility of layout, The Tivoli lends itself to the hosting of a plethora of events, from national celebrations, key sporting occasions, local one-off & regular activities.

**How to tell if you might be our next Booking Coordinator**:
- You are self-motivated, communicate well, and can multi-task whilst maintaining great attention to detail
- You are friendly, warm and engaging and can confidently make connections with customers
- You are empathetic to guest needs and can be both patient and assertive
- Experience working as a Senior Sales Executive or Events Sales executive within the hospitality industry
- You have worked with a booking system in the past (we use Collins)
- Looking to develop and grow in the Events and Sales industry
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Working with the Sales Manager to beat sales targets and uphold a high conversion rate
- Support the Sales Manager in aiming to keep customer response time to 3hrs
- Responsible for managing enquiries up to 39 guests and the end-to-end management of client reservations/events from proposal to delivery
- Customer focussed with an aim to grow relationships and create a strong client network
- Ensure all phone calls are answered and dealt with accordingly
- Ensure that event notes, run sheets and pre orders are noted correctly and compiled to allow for a smooth delivery
- Increasing spend per head by proactively upselling food and drink packages to customer and auto-confirm bookings
- Work hand in hand with Central Sales Account Managers to maintain a well-organized bookings diary.
**Place and Hour of Work**:
- 40 hours per week, based at The Tivoli
- Working hours may include working weekend shifts as a Host to welcome and greet the bookings that have been made
