**Hours**: 30 hours aweek **6 Months fixed term**

**Salary**:£20-22k (pro rata)

**Responsibleto**: Executive Head of HR andEthos Services

**Location: City Gateway, Wolverhampton**

As **HR Administrator**, youllbe providing full admin support for the HR function, ensuring all tasks andprocesses are completed accurately, on-time and within legal compliance.

**In this busy role, your keyresponsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining accurate andup-to-date confidential HR records in electronic format
- Assisting with recruitment,posting job adverts, screening CVs, coordinating recruitment days, arranginginterviews etc
- Preparing documentation fornew starters, current employees and leavers
- Contributing to theimplementation of HR policies and procedures
- General office duties, asrequired, to assist in the smooth running of the business

**As HRAdministrator, you'll need the following skills and experience**:

- Strong administrativeexperience dealing with employee related documentation
- Up-to-date working knowledgeof HR principles and UK employment law
- Positive can-do attitude withgreat people skills
- Well organised with anability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Ability to focus and maintainaccurate attention to detail
- Strong analytical andreporting skills
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with outstanding telephone manner

**OTHER TASKS**:

- With other staff, ensure that all services are providedand maintained to a high standard, expressed through a wholehearted commitmentto welcome those of all faiths and none.
- To participate fully as a member of the staff team, and inthat regard to meet regularly with other team members, contributingpro-actively to the on-going development of other individuals and the project.
- To be flexible to the changing needs of the YMCA BlackCountry Group and its service users.
- To promote the Aims and Purposes of the YMCA.
