Collins Aerospace, part of Raytheon Technologies, is on the lookout for an experienced HR Assistant (12-month Fixed Term) to join the team.

As HR Assistant you will be a key member of the HR team completing a wide range of administrative duties for the HR department. You will manage the day-to-day Human Resources tasks such as supporting recruitment, coordinating training and responding to queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the site point of contact for all internal and external HR related enquiries or requests
- Respond to Time & Attendance queries including clarifying annual leave entitlements, amending and creating working patterns, maintaining reporting lines and responding to queries regarding timesheets
- Ensure effective integration of new hires by managing the induction and onboarding process
- Coordinate the Attendance Management process, ensuring absence data and records are accurate and overseeing Long Term Absence, liaising with Occupational Health & Health & Safety as appropriate
- Develop and provide reports and information packs on key HR measures on a monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc basis
- Lead reporting process to inform payroll team of any monthly payments/deductions for employees
- Manage the leaver process, ensuring timely notification to the payroll team and gathering exit data

**Requirements**:

- Proven administrative experience of working in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience of using HR systems (experience using Workday is a plus)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong accuracy and attention-to-detail skills
- Fully literate with MS office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- CIPD (or equivalent) qualification desirable
