**Apprentice Customer Experience Advisor**
**Job summary**:
In this role you will also learn the importance providing all our customers with details of appropriate advice and services in line with our duty of care obligations.
On the job training is provided and you will be paired up with an experienced advisor. 20% of your working hours will be spent studying a level two standard NVQ.
The customer service centre is open between the hours of 08:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30 - 14:00 Saturdays.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Ensuring all calls are answered in line with service level agreements.
- Providing a quality customer experience, including interacting with customers, answering general enquires and effectively identifying customer’s needs.
- Understanding how to make aftersales products appealing to customers and the importance of keeping routine servicing up to date in line with the manufacture’s guidance.
- Updating and maintaining our customer databases.
- Creating a better than average customer experience using Brand measures versus National Averages as your context.
- The accurate qualification and understanding of customer requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to ensure adherence to best practices
**Qualifications**:

- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Someone who is confident when using IT / multiple systems at once.
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to quickly build rapport with, and inspire confidence in customers.
- A tenacious approach with the ability to recognise and act upon opportunities when they arise.
- Motivated by working to targets and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A team player - able to work both alone and as part of a team
