The Learning Disability Division provides a range of services for people in the West Midlands to assist them in managing their learning disabilities. All our services are provided by teams of clinical professionals and support staff who aim to provide integrated services in ways that best meet the needs of patients and their carers.

A new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning Disability Division for a Governance facilitator role. The post holder will assist the Governance Manager with the establishment and implementation of systems and processes to support effective clinical governance arrangements.

Utilizing your significant experience and expertise in governance and risk, you will lead on driving forward the governance agenda within the division, working in collaboration with the clinical teams to support them in delivering world class care to all of our patients.

With a busy workload you must be organised and a capable self-starter, able to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks in order to cope with tight deadlines. Goodcommunication skills are essential.

You must be confident in collating information from various sources, producing papers on time and contributing to projects as required.
