Working within a customer interfacing role, you will be the first point of contact for Clients and Customers orders.
**Requirements**:
- Must be able to build customer relationships and fulfil orders
- Reliability and personal integrity are essential.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours if required to support.
- Support other sites if required.
- Must be willing to work as part of a team and demonstrate individual initiative.
- Must be willing to travel on occasions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft and Sage desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Building relationships with existing client base
- Process customer orders from point of order to invoice
- Resolve customer queries
- Planning installation works with all parties and completing test paperwork
- Weekly generated reporting
- Manage customer and accreditation portals
- Management of stock levels
- Process new customer credit forms
- Manage inboxes
- Answer telephone
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,674.00-£25,000.00 per year
