Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Assist with office supply management and ordering
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using XZero
- Organising invoicing and filing all receipts
**- Taking calls on behalf of the owner**
**- Going to site and checking projects and take pictures and videos**
**- Order materials for builder**s
**Skills**:
- Strong clerical skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11,000.00-£11,520.00 per year
