**Position: Experienced Construction Administration Staff**:
**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a valued member of our construction administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
**Data Input**:

- Accurately entering and managing project-related data and information.
- Collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Utilizing relevant software tools to input and maintain data records.

**Customer Care**:

- Interacting professionally and courteously with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining positive relationships.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times.

**Document Control**:

- Managing and organizing project documentation, including permits, contracts, and drawings.
- Implementing efficient filing and retrieval systems for easy access to critical information.
- Ensuring document compliance and confidentiality.

**General Admin**:

- Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the project teams.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a productive office environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction administration or related roles.
