Transport Office Administrator

Direct Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a part-time Transport Administrator (Friday-Sunday.)
You will be working alongside the Transport Team to assist with their 7-day operation. This role will consist of lone working after a training period.
The job involves handling customer calls, working with the planning and monitoring teams, allocating work for drivers (pre-planned), processing paperwork, and performing general administrative tasks.
Duties also include handling customer phone calls, dealing with customer service enquiries and communicating with various customer and client sites.
- Free on site parking is available for all staff.
- Part time: This role will be for 24 hours per week.
