Office Administrator

We are a well-established family run street lighting business delivering high quality street lighting solutions to local authorities.
**General administrative duties and assisting with planning works including**:
- Obtaining asset plans and utility drawings
- Updating records within timescales
- Diary management and other time critical tasks
- Assisting in processing and planning of work
- Ensuring the accuracy of records
- Providing and updating detailed statistical information
- Contributing to the overall ethos/work/aims of the business.
**Day to day duties including**:
- Obtaining utility prints
- Accepting works
- Data processing
- Answering phones
- Electronic filing
- Complying with all company policies and procedures
- Other associated duties
- Excellent I.T. skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
- Ability to multitask, with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work within deadlines
- Motivation and professionalism
Please note that previous utility experience in planning and administrative skills would be an advantage.
