Here at **GXO Leyland**, we’re working together with **Waitrose **and are on the look-out for a **Transport Administrator** to join our fast-paced transport office. You’ll be working on a **full-time,** **permanent **basis, on a **4 on 4 off **shift pattern, covering the hours of **06:00-18:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Dispatch delivery documents to drivers in a timely manner and in line with the schedule ensuring correct paperwork has been issued to enable drivers to complete their work
- Liaise with the warehouse team to complete loading plan on time
- Ensure all Backhaul and other documents are completed accurately and correctly entered into the system
- Effectively communicate any partner and/or operational issues to Transport Line Manager in a timely manner

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in warehouse and transport function within logistics essential
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments
- IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
