**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize the booking system to schedule, modify, and cancel reservations accurately, ensuring attention to detail and providing accurate information to both customers and drivers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, empathizing with their needs, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of King Carz services, fares, policies, and promotions to assist customers effectively and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate closely with drivers and other team members to coordinate and communicate booking details, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and drivers.
- Assist customers with special requests, such as wheelchair accessibility or specific vehicle preferences, and make the necessary arrangements accordingly.
- Handle payments and provide accurate receipts, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the King Carz brand and upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
