**Your responsibilities**:
In this role, you’ll:
Build and execute the distribution side of Juni’s content strategy. You’ll build a demand gen strategy that fits Juni’s product, category, and revenue goals. You’ll have a direct impact on our growth by deepening our understanding of who our current and future customers are, what messages resonate on which channels, and how we scale this acquisition strategy from ToFu to BoFu. You will lead SEO, Web and social media functions.

**Within 1 month you'll**:

- Have successfully onboarded and started getting to grips with Juni’s product suite, positioning, ICP and historical paid channel strategy.
- Build strong relationships with the marketing, sales and data team.
- Set a short to mid-term demand gen strategy and OKR’s

**Within 3 months you'll**:

- Set up a best-in-class paid channel attribution incl. Website audit (Webflow)
- Create and execute your first lead-gen marketing campaign that engages our target audience and generates demand for the Juni’s product.
- Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimise their effectiveness and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Work closely with other teams, such as sales, product marketing, and content marketing, to ensure alignment and maximise results.

**Within 6 months you'll**:

- Delivered best-in-class demand-gen campaigns aligned to achieving company objectives.
- Driven optimisation and automation in marketing together with sales and operational teams.
- Prepare and present your first quarterly demand-gen report to leadership.

**Your qualifications**:
What we need to see:

- _ Strong campaign management, communication and prioritisation skills_
- _ A natural knack for data and using data to craft compelling marketing campaigns_
- Experience managing lead gen campaign budgets and reporting
- Familiarity with pardot, Salesforce and marketing automation tooling

What we’d love to see:

- _ Previous experience with owning end-to-end B2B lead-gen campaigns_
- _ Ability to navigate through marketing data analytics (GA, Meta and LI business Ad platforms)_
