**We have an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning B2B marketing team with a range of skills. To continue our expansion, we want to bring in a Digital Marketing Lead with a well-defined skill set.**

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Services Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the quality and direction of digital campaigns for our customers. We are looking for an individual with a strategic mindset that can hit the ground running and never be afraid to share their innovative ideas.

**Responsibilities**:
The Digital Marketing Lead role is a distinct opportunity to
- Building creative paid ad campaigns that meet the strategic objectives of our clients.
- Managing multi-channel paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Search and Google Display with the ambition of creation high quality leads.
- Working with wider marketing teams including our graphic designers and partnering web agency to create high-quality content which informs structured lead journeys.
- Ongoing performance management and optimisation of all campaigns by interpreting data and insights and making informed decisions to maximise results.
- We need someone who can drive results with informed A/B testing and impactful funnel optimisation to help build and engage ICP audiences.
- Understand and implement retargeting campaigns to drive conversions and move leads through the funnel.
- Identify trends and insights, with a clear focus on optimising spend and performance.
- Reporting on campaigns, analysing and drawing valuable insight which can be shared in a client-friendly format.
- Tracking of lead journeys using google tags and conversion tracking to provide additional insight, demonstrate ROI to our customers and improve conversion rates.

**What it takes to become a durhamlaner**:

- Someone with a passion and strong knowledge of social media advertising, paid search, and online marketing channels (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search Network & Google Display Network).
- A Google guru that is highly competent using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Someone who gets a buzz from producing excellent results from their campaigns and is eager to shout about the exciting outputs.
- An individual who is eager to stay up to date with latest digital trends and has a strong understanding of PPC concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- An eye for detail and excellent analytical skills with an ability to draw meaningful conclusions from campaign data.
- A passion for content creation that makes you always ready to think outside the box for our customers to help them push their brands to new levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver quality work that they take pride in across multiple projects
- Experience using WordPress for content management is a plus (but not essential)
