Facilities Management Service Coordinator

**Role: FM Service Coordinator**
**Location: Harwell**
**Salary: £35k
- £45k DOE**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Hours: Monday - Friday - 08:00am - 16:30pm**
**Roles Includes**:
- Collaborate closely with another representative to plan and oversee events held at a Conference Centre.
- Communicate effectively with key event organisers to coordinate logistics, exhibit set-up, and liaise with service providers.
- Manage facility management activities on-site for special events.
- Oversee the development and operation of audiovisual systems in the conference centre.
- Assist in the development of catering services.
- Handle complex user requests related to facility management services.
- Provide input for the improvement of conference centre services, event types, stakeholder communication, and the centre's website.
- Support the Head of Facility Management Services as needed.
- Work closely with Facility Management to execute projects with third-party companies.
- Coordinate accommodation requests for on-site personnel.
- Previous experience in facilities management is a must.
- Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks to meet business needs, with strong planning and organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are crucial.
- Willingness to grow professionally and tackle new challenges.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office software.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide assistance and support across all levels.
- Potential requirement for a DBS check.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
