**Office and Facilities Administrator**
**Harwell - office based**
**Car drivers required due to travelling between two local offices**
**£25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience**
**Duties**
- Assist the facilities manager, preparing for external subcontractors to do work and process associated paperwork
- Manage reception and visitors
- Answer the main phone line
- Create access passes
- Purchase office and kitchen consumables
- Arrange travel and event bookings
- Manage post and shipment paperwork
- On-boarding of new starters and arrange employee training
- Raise purchase orders
- HSE administration
- Previous reception and or administration experience
- Good IT skills including Excel
- Excellent written/ verbal English
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to learn new skills and systems quickly
- Multi tasking, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Effective relationship building skills
- A team player mentality as well as using their initiative when working alone
