This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to work with a market leading company, specialising in the production of security components. _
**Office Manager details**
- Pay rate - £14.00 to £16.80 dependent on experience
- Duration - 6 months temporary
- Working Hours - 09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Office based role with parking provided
- Location - EN3
**Office Manager duties**
- Arranging exports and the necessary paperwork.
- Ordering from suppliers.
- Processing orders.
- Liaising with the production manager about when jobs will be ready.
- Uploading purchase invoices/bank statements etc for the bookkeeper and actioning any queries they may have.
- Sending across the overtime.
- Day to day banking.
- Assisting the Director with any tasks.
**Ideal Office Manager will be**
- Competent in all areas of Microsoft office.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Confident when answering phones.
- Working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Sage accounts would be helpful.
