We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual who can work with all partners of the Fairness Commission to help them deliver their vision “_t_o work alongside Blackpool communities to deliver projects that achieve equity and improve lives_”. You will need to be self-starter who is passionate about Blackpool in order help develop and manage projects currently agreed as priorities by the partnership. These include; reducing inappropriate hospital admissions, dementia awareness, cost of living and ageing well.

Substantial knowledge and understanding of the main health inequalities in Blackpool and the social determinants of health are essential and you will need core skills in project management and delivery, partnership working and engaging communities.
