Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Engagement Specialist to join our team at Ingeus. As an Outreach Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in engaging with stakeholders to champion integration in each Local Authority borough.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to drive referrals to our programme.
  • Work closely with Local Authority, JobCentre Plus, and voluntary/3rd sector services to drive referrals to the programme.
  • Facilitate welcome sessions for new participants, organize job fairs and local events to drive both referrals and job outcomes.
  • Provide feedback to JobCentre Plus colleagues to demonstrate good news stories of progression and/or sustained outcomes.
  • Broker and manage relationships with wider services which interact with our participants, including offender management, housing, skills and Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) providers.
  • Responsible for creating an ecosystem of wrap-around support to meet individual participant needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent relationship management skills, strong ability to deliver communications through face-to-face and remote delivery.
  • Ability to travel across the specified areas.
  • Strong understanding of the employment services/welfare to work.
  • Experience working in a performance target-driven environment.
