**Job description**
HGV Staffing are looking for Office Administrator on behalf of our client based in Newton Heath. Our Client is one of the leading storage and distributors within the UK.
The successful applicant will have office administrator and credit control experience. In this role you will be required to carry out general administrative duties and credit control. You will be able to demonstrate good communications skills and attention to detail. You will be able to work on your own.
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1500
20 days holidays plus 8 Bank holidays
Free parking onsite.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sending and supplying invoices out to customers
- Checking invoice statements
- Scanning all POD
- Dealing with entry payments from factoring company
- Chasing debt
- Pay rolling 12 employees
- Dealing with VAT/ HMRC payments
- Dealing with employees pension schemes
- Dealing with daily post
- Dealing with taxing the vehicles
- Dealing with drivers license checks
- Filling Defect sheets
- Banking
**The Skills Required**:
- General Administrative experience
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft office, Outlook and Excel
- Experience with Sage
- Previous work with chasing debt/ credit control
- Previous experience of warehouse administrative preferred but not essential
- Ability to work on your own
**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
