Cove Recruitment are proud to bring to you an opportunity to work as Customer Care Co-ordinator for a FANTASTIC Cwmbran based client.
Having grown exponentially the company now boasts offering their customers the broadest range of vendor-neutral managed service contracts in the marketplace.

**The Role**
- Providing effective and efficient support to customers.
- Ensuring the escalation of issues.
- Dealing with purchase orders.
- Using the ticketing system to monitor key processes.
- Issuing Key Communications to customers.
- Updating the CRM.
- Ensuring the delivery of great customer service.
- Effective and proactive communication with account managers customers and sub-contractor staff.
- Organising the renewal of service/maintenance contracts.
**What we are looking for**
- Great background in customer services and administration.
- Good presentation skills and an eye for detail.
- Previous experience placing orders or sales administration.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
- Intermediate excel and problem-solving skills would be highly desirable.

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
