**Summary of the role**:
We are looking for a passionate customer service and detailed focused reservationist that loves variety in their day-to-day work life and problem solving. As every day is a different day as you will be a planner, host, entertainer, and supporter whilst still offering a personable service at all times. This role is based on our client’s site which is in the fashion industry.

We bring a fresh approach to the guest services sector by providing service with enthusiasm through our dedicated team of DayMakers. Our solutions have been designed for both Guests and Employees and incorporate the latest workplace trends. Our core ethos is to be the ‘makers of someone’s day’.

**Main Duties**:

- Giving a ridiculously amazing service to employees and guests by being you
- Inbox Management and support every enquire until a solution has been found
- Ensure correct booking details are taken from bookers and recorded accurately in the room booking system.
- Have a full understanding of the room capacities, facilities and set-up options to maximise the space available on the meeting room floors.
- Liaise and communicate with other team members and other service departments in a clear and timely manner to ensure service delivery and team work.
- Support the client event team with room bookings and logistics
- Ensure any form of visitor registration takes place/ issuing passes
- Take ownership of office floors and the surrounding areas to create the best employee experience
- Help to resolve unexpected issues that could affect the guest experience
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures
- Admin support

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Customer Service - preferably within the corporate sector
- Exceptional written and oral communication
- Good Interpersonal/people skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Enjoys change
- Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills within Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
