At The Cadogan, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Reservations Agent to ensure all hotel reservations are being looked after and to be responsible for providing an efficient and professional service to all our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist with the smooth organisation and administration of the reservations office.
- To assist with answering the telephones, in line with the Company and Department standards.
- To answer enquiries from guests in a courteous and professional manner to represent the image of The Cadogan
- To take bookings for the Hotel.
- To assist with the correspondence in order that it is completed in a timely manner.
- To react to all customer requests positively and deal with them appropriately.
- To comply with all security and maintenance measures to ensure the protection of guests and company property.
- To organise special requests for guests as and when required.
- From time to time you may be required to conduct guest show rounds to promote and sell the facilities of The Cadogan.

**Requirements**:

- Must have the right to live and work in the UK (settled or pre-settled status)
- Proven experience as Reservations Agent or similar
- Experience in reservations systems
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
