What's involved?

As a Group Reservations Administrator your duties will vary but are not limited to, assisting with managing group reservations from the initial enquiry through to check-out, providing a seamless and personalised service, whilst ensuring the accounting and billing instructions are both accurate as well as communicated to the relevant department. Also you will monitor the folios in the Opera Cloud system (essential) and take action where necessary to minimise revenue loss. Also you will be expected to identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and amenities.

If you have a minimum of 12 months experience in a Group Reservations role within hotels or similar plus have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to apply In addition we are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused individuals and ideally with a good knowledge of the London/UK market.
