**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of Resident Services Coordinator is new to the business and will work alongside the Head of Resident Services & Club to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to both prospective and existing residents & club members.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you should to be agile in how you work to deal with the varying demands of the role, you will need to be a people person able to build relationships and you should show high emotional intelligence.

**KEY DUTIES FOR RESIDENT SUPPORT**
- Coordinate the delivery of services by Auriens Chelsea to Residents and club members
- Maintain close customer relations with Residents from leasing to move-in and beyond - pre-move in meeting / training on appliances and ongoing support post move-in (4-6-week support and snagging facilitation and reporting)
- Maintain all necessary information regarding services to residents
- Extensive calendar and diary management for multiple team members
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Manage the diaries and schedules
- Providing general administrative support
- Preparing memos, letters, and other documents
- Liaising with residents, colleagues, and other departments
- Support with legal tasks for move in - setting up council tax, inventories, etc.
- Coordination of actual move out with contractors and operations team for smooth transition
- Support the dilapidation process for more outs: cost collation
- Invoicing and billing: reconciliating, council tax, line by line, incidentals, rental, external contractors, utilities

CULFORD CLUB & EVENTS
- A first point of contact for Club members - responding to enquiries & membership inbox maintenance.
- Processing new memberships - Responsible for Membership packs, communication and Club Member Invoicing
- Maintain the Club Membership database and have regular communication to retain engagement
- First point of contact for any club member events and enquiries
- Liaising with F&B and Kitchen for first draft BEO for events
- Create events links for evites and Culfords Club website - Sending out invites, following up and managing RSVP lists

- Strong organisational methodology with a keen eye for detail
- Self-motivated, efficient and with excellent time-management skills
- Proactive & forward thinking
- A solution finder
- Excellent communication skills, written English and professional telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Smart and professional appearance and manner

EXPERIENCE
- 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar administrator role
- Face to face client communication
- Background in luxury hospitality setting (preferable)
