- Assisting clients with any queries regarding their payroll
- Building rapport and relationships with clients
- Processing client payroll
- Manual calculations
- Creating payroll journals
- Ad-hoc reports
- Ad-hoc admin work and support across the Payroll function

Essential skills and experience:

- Minimum of 3 years in payroll, ideally within a payroll bureau or accountancy practice
- Knowledge of a range of payroll software’s
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
