Payroll Project Lead

Austin Fraser seeks a skilled Payroll Project Lead to oversee the efficient management of payroll within our clients' Service. This role involves supervising the Payroll team, maintaining expertise on regulations and best practices, and ensuring compliance with all payroll statutory regulations.
Responsibilities:- Team Supervision: Lead and develop the Payroll team to deliver high standards and exceptional customer service.
- Regulatory Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of payroll matters, including legislation and case law guidelines.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all payroll statutory regulations and communicate updates effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, preferably Oracle, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
