Responsibilities:
  • Team Supervision: Lead and develop the Payroll team to deliver high standards and exceptional customer service.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of payroll matters, including legislation and case law guidelines.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all payroll statutory regulations and communicate updates effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes, preferably Oracle, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
