Reed Specialist Recruitment are currently recruiting for HR Administrators for a well-known, household name company based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is an exciting, immediate start role for an experienced HR Administrator to provide essential support to the HR team by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.

You will be responsible for providing a HR Administrative service to employees, such as maintaining people files, processing RTW documents, references and producing reports & data on general HR information.

Please note, this is a temporary role for the next 3 months minimum.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week working from the Birmingham City Centre office, 3 days WFH.

**The Role**:

- Coordinating preparation of HR reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
- General administration for the recruitment team (RTW & Compliance)
- Analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes
- Accurately maintain people-related data, ensuring confidentiality
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Experience in HR Administration
- SAP experience is highly desirable
- Strong MS office skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail with accuracy when inputting data

**The Details**:

- Immediate start, temporary role for the next 3 months
- £11- £13 an hour, based on skills & experience
- City Centre based hybrid role - some days in office, some days at home
- Right next to New Street Station, so easily access on public transport
