**The Role**

The position available is part of a Rota.

**Summary of Job Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained, and when required, have the confidence to deal with customer issues professionally and calmly.
- Manage complaints in an effective manner.
- Co-wheels is a growing and dynamic business and therefore duties may vary into other areas of the business on occasion.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Confident conversing with all kinds of people and able to build positive relationships with internal and external people alike.
- Ability to recognize actual and potential problems and be proactive in seeking relevant solutions.
- Flexible approach to work and shift patterns.
- Good knowledge of IT programs and comfortable using different software programs.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Must be able to use own initiative and think independently.
