As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users across the business. You will have the opportunity to manage and escalate technical issues, identify recurring issues, and work with the wider IT team todevelop and implement long-term solutions. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior management and external suppliers, will also be an essential part of this role. In this role, you will have the chanceto work in a fast-paced professional services environment and develop your problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

**What you will be doing...**
- Provide technical support to internal users across the business.
- Resolve technical queries relating to Microsoft Stack, o365, Virtualisation, and basic networking technologies.
- Manage and escalate technical issues as necessary, ensuring that all tickets are resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify recurring issues and work with the wider IT team to develop and implement long-term solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior management and external suppliers.

**What you need...**
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a technical support role
- Experience working with Microsoft Stack (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, etc.),
- Experience working with o365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.),
- Experience working with Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Experience working with basic networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- ITIL certification is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
