We are recruiting a permanent HR Administrator. As a HR Administrator, you will work closely with key stakeholders and support our teams in achieving their goals. You will be responsible for all administration surrounding employee lifecycle activities. As one of the largest healthcare providers in the UK it’s important to us to couple great care with meaningful and enjoyable experiences.

This is a hybrid role based in our Head Office in Wilmslow with work from home option available.

**As a HR Administrator, you will be**:

- Conducting all administration tasks for new colleagues including pre-employment checks, issuing offer letters and contract and arranging platform access
- Sending, receiving and verifying references for all new colleagues within the support functions
- Administrating payroll duties for allocated colleagues including submission of new starter forms, leavers and employment changes
- Monitoring probationary periods for allocated colleagues and liaising with line managers to ensure processes are managed in a timely fashion
- Monitoring the reference inbox and responding to reference requests
- Working on our communication, reward and recognition platform, responding to any enquiries, monitoring and processing long service awards and collating nominations for our “Making a Difference” awards
- Producing and disseminating a range of HR related management information, creating reports as and when required
- Attending various meetings and acting as a note-taker to support colleagues
- Supporting the People Director and HR team as and when appropriate
- Undertaking various other HR administrative tasks

**To succeed you will have**:

- Experience in a HR Administrator or equivalent role
- Sound knowledge of administrative processes
- Excellent skills within Microsoft Office, particularly excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build effective relationships & confidence of key stakeholders
- Able to work assertively using own initiative
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates a flexible approach.
