Job Description

  • Coordinate HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.
  • Assist with recruitment procedures and employee onboarding.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and implement development strategies.
  • Manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle workplace conflicts and employee grievances in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Support other HR projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in a similar HR role within the media industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
