Office Admin Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, managing files, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using SAGE 50 Software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
- submitting quotes, reports and invoices to Clients using SAGE 50 Software
- submitting Purchase Orders to suppliers and sub contractors
- Ordering materials
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Sales and Purchase Ledger experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
