Job DetailsTriaging new suspected ‘contractual breach’ claims and ensuring allocation is completed to the right person- Overseeing guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals, managing departmental/team complaint handling and acting as a referral point- Setting and managing colleagues annual and monthly objectives, and ensuring each monthly 121 addresses performance and goals- Driving efficiency through managing productivity, costs and increasing value added activity- Providing monthly coaching and development plans, alongside monthly meetings- Conducting regular monthly audits on colleagues

Skills we would love you to haveProven team leader experience, ideally within motor claims- Indemnity knowledge and principles and knowledge of claims investigation processes- Excellent verbal and written communication, with stakeholder management experience

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
