As our Knowledge specialist, you will work closely together with the rest of the Quality & Knowledge team as well as the wider Service Delivery teams. You will play an important role where we together will be a helpful and skilled Service Delivery partner who builds strong relationships with the rest of the Content Integrity teams, Trust & Transparency, Trustpilot stakeholders and Partners, develop and manage the one truth of Content Integrity knowledge and be the gatekeeper of high Content Integrity and Partner performances.

**In your role, you will**:

- Establish a robust flow of knowledge between various teams
- Gather information from different sources and process it to make it available and scalable in the most relevant format internally and externally.
- Create and maintain internal and external knowledge content and learning material.
- Develop a deep knowledge of Content Integrity work and processes to be able to:

- knowledge share,
- deliver learning experiences,
- facilitate workshops and alignment sessions for Content Integrity, Trustpilot stakeholders and Partners.
- Assist on other Knowledge / Quality tasks or projects.

**We are looking for people with**:

- Ability to capture information and understand how it could be translated into knowledge content
- Ability to 'translate' specialist knowledge into an easy to understand and follow guidance
- A creative approach towards knowledge management and looks out for new opportunities to make the knowledge easily accessible
- Skills to produce and maintain knowledge content and announcements tailored to a specific audience
- Administrative/documentation management experience
- Experience on how to utilize knowledge and learning tools to create and translate knowledge into an engaging and easy to digest content
- Experience of enabling learning and that with ease can facilitate or otherwise perform in front of a small or big audience live and online.
