Position Overview:
Verra Mobility is looking for a
**Senior Communication Administrator**. The Senior Communication Administrator will provide training, guidance and assistance to other Communication Administrators and will provide feedback and suggestions to management team. They will also assume responsibility for the complete processing of incoming and outgoing written communications, handling translations and operating the EPC call centre.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Provide training and guidance to other Communications Administrators within the team.
- Assist with complex queries and share expertise with other members within the team.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on operational procedures and processes to management team.
- Preparation of guidelines and manuals for appeals handling, update of communication materials
- Ensure that all incoming communications are processed appropriately
- All incoming communications must be read fully and translated if necessary.
- Communications must be saved to the relevant cases if necessary and relevant case codes must be updated as appropriate.
- All incoming communications must be responded to in the relevant language in writing.
- Where necessary, communications should be forwarded to Production or Finance departments for further investigation.
- Specific guidelines regarding processing procedures for specific clients must be adhered to.
- Any restrictions on time taken to process communications set out by clients must be adhered to.
- Daily management of personal inboxes, including processing of any client communications.
- Responsible for forwarding on cases of particular importance to relevant person.
- Ensure that all phone calls in their particular language set are answered and any query that the caller may have is handled and necessary information is provided.
- Ensure that all queries sent to clients are written in the language of the client where possible.
- Responsible for adding comments to any cases when a phone call has been taken or otherwise appropriate.
- Responsible for updating the Appeals Manager and the rest of the team on client updates and saving these updates to the client Vendor Card.
- Ensure that any translations needed by the company are processed within the time set.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in at least one of the following languages: Bulgarian, German, Polish, and Dutch
