**Skills & Experience**:
- Proven administration experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Ability to navigate SAP systems
- Customer service experience
- Strong IT skills
- Good attention to detail when inputting data
**Responsibilities**:
- Create service orders within SAP for the wider team to pick up
- Process customer equipment
- Generate customer service order receipts to issue to customers
- Creation of customer quotations to issue to customers
- Monitor and maintain customer details, ensuring accurate entry of information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
