**The Practice Finance Assistant/Book-keeper role will involve**:

- Input of all supplier invoices on Xero
- Invoice patients/contracts
- Inputting invoices on to relevant software
- Weekly banking and reconciliation of payments received
- Prepare payments to suppliers and third parties ensuring company policies are adhered to
- Liaise with Accountants

- A friendly, confident and outgoing personality with a “can do” attitude
- A problem solving approach to respond to enquiries
- Planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work to deadlines with a disciplined eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft packages and collaboration tools
- Previous work experience working as a Finance\Accounts Assistant
- Proficiency in Xero and/or Iris Accountancy Software
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4 per week

**Salary**: £11.89 per hour
