11Arches is the production company of multi award-winning Kynren - an epic tale of England.
In the coming years, we will open 11Arches Park, the newest theme park in the UK - extending Kynren's groundbreaking epic live action show and immersing you in a thrilling travel through time.
The onsite production team is expanding rapidly because of our growth plans, and we are looking to build a full team fit for year-long operations. We are looking for experienced and talented individuals to support our growth plans as 11Arches moves into an exciting new chapter with the opening of 11Arches Park, alongside the establishment of the 11Arches Academy of Performing Arts for children and young adults.
**Job Purpose**:
To support the Finance Assistant in the administration, processing and reporting of our supplier function.
To be responsible for purchase order (PO) processing in its entirety, ensuring compliance, transparency and safeguarding departmental spend.
To ensure that all coding is accurate, relevant and any queries are resolved in a timely fashion.
**Key Outputs and Accountabilities**:
- Raising purchase orders.
- Processing invoices.
- Reconciling delivery notes.
- Setting up new supplier accounts.
- Maintaining the purchase ledger.
- Doing monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Processing business expenses.
**Person Specification**:
- Experience of Sage 50.
- Experience of working within an SME environment.
- A personable, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Recent all-round experience in a busy finance function, being flexible and reliable in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding and experience of financial procedures.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- An aptitude for IT with a comprehensive knowledge of software packages.
- Self-discipline.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Driving Licence.
- An interest in performing arts/volunteering is desirable.
