Contracts Administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring that all variations are raised, typed and sent to the Client along with distributing them to the relevant departments.
Typing of site RAMS and making sure they are returned once signed.
Assisting the Buyers with the hiring of plant and transport.
Ensuring that plant and transport arrives on site within the timeframe required.
Scheduling, attending and taking notes at site meetings.
Ensuring all Contract handover are completed and sent to all relevant parties.
Ensuring that all Contract costings are entered into Sage accounts are correct and within budget.
Providing financial reports for the Operations Director.
Assisting the Contracts Manager in any site issues as they arise.
Other general administration duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Experience within a structural steel or construction background would be advantageous.
Proficient using MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work under own initiative and able to work independently.
GCSE Maths grade 4 or higher.
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
