We are looking for a conscientious and efficient administrator, with contracts experience, to support us in providing our best possible service.
**General tasks and activities**
- Primarily responsible for sourcing new sub-consulted Associates
- Administration and review of Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Sourcing and review of quotes from Associates
- Arranging land access requirements with clients
- Administrating the work schedule for site surveys and associated deliverables
- Upkeep of Associates’ Database and quality assurance requirements
- Record keeping and inventory administration
- General project and office administration
- Reporting to Client Service Coordinator
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
**_Essential _**
- Excellent level of proficiency in Microsoft Office especially SharePoint, Word and Excel
- NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent role experience
- Supply chain, contracts and purchase order administration Strong organisational skills
- Good organisational skills
- Document presentation skills and attention to detail
- The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
- A professional, confident telephone manner
- Team player
**_Desirable _**
- Experience in a consultancy or service-industry business administration role
