**Direct Payments Team Administrator - Merton Area - Hybrid - 3 days office **
**Essentials**:
- Good working knowledge of using IT packages including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook and Mosaic
- Strong administration skills
**Job Role**:
- Provide a direct service to customers and carers, redirecting calls appropriately, answering queries ensuring sound customer care and quality of service principles
- Undertake administration work to facilitate and support that team.
- To keep accurate and process all documentation in relation to casefiles/ records in a timely manner
- To maintain service databases e.g. Mosaic.
- To provide efficient and effective assistance with projects, complying with all corporate policies and procedures.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: From £15.24 per hour
**Experience**:
- Adult Social Care: 1 year (required)
- Local Authority: 1 year (required)
- Strong Administration: 1 year (required)
