Property Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Property Administrator to work on part time basis [20 hours per week] for successful lettings agency
As an Accounts Assistant in our Property Management and Accounts department, you will have responsibility of all accounting transactions. Working closely with the Property Managers, you will process all payments between agency, landlords, and tenants during the length of the tenancy such as rent payments, contractor payments and commission charges. You will also be responsible for processing lease renewals and releasing deposits to tenants ensuring that all charges and costs have been deducted. You will also log and import invoices onto the in-house system, pass them on for approval by the Property Managers, and post any invoices for payment.
You must enjoy working in a lively and fast-paced environment in a highly service-driven industry. We require you to have a strong mathematical aptitude, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, a basic knowledge of sage, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
During busy periods you will also support your colleagues with maintenance; providing reactive and proactive services, ensuring emergencies can be addressed together with repairs, and planned works.
This role is part time; Mon-Fri approx. 20 hours per week.
