To support our purpose, we are now seeking a Property Administrator to deliver a high standard of service, supporting our Property Department.
This permanent, full-time position reporting to our Property Office Manager, is an integral role within our property team. You will ensure consistency in delivering the highest standard of client service making sure that you are abiding by all aspects of the ‘Client Experience’.
**Let’s take a closer look at what your day-to-day will look like**
- Review incoming invoices and prepare for authorisation and payment
- Process incoming post
- Deals with all urgent matters as appropriate and keep routine matters up to date
- Composition of own correspondence
- Ensure maximum efficiency and minimum response times to all requests for information, support and other input
- Maintain and update excel spreadsheets
- Maintain and update Mainteno and Expansive, our property coordinating system
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, customers and suppliers
- Archiving (identifying files for archive, carrying out archiving process and maintain records through the scanning process as required
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Preparing CEA’s and actively processing through to authorisation
- Ensure confidentiality of all records and documentation
- To perform any other duties you may be reasonably requested to do
**Must haves we’re looking for in experience for this role**:
- Experience of working within an Administrative role previously
- Can work within a fast-paced Admin based environment
- Experience in handling a high volume of queries within strict time constraints
- Good reasoning skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively in order to meet SLA’s
- Organised, hard-working and can work on their own initiative or as part of a team effectively
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills and able to engage well with others
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across functions in the organisation
