A rare opportunity to take on a HR / Recruitment Administrator role for a high profile employer in Rutland, as part of a larger HR Department.
This Recruitment Coordinator role is at a well-known, prestigious and very well established organisation based in stunning rural grounds.
In this HR / Recruitment Administrator role, you will be responsible for providing effective consistent Recruitment Administration and onboarding support across the organisation.
It will be a varied and interesting role encompassing recruitment, engagement, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits and communications.
Working with the HRD and HRBP, the HR and HR / Recruitment Administrator will ensure that the delivery of recruitment administration to the organisation is of the highest standard and provided in a timely and efficient manner to all stakeholders.
**The job tasks include**:
- Ensuring paper and electronic HR records are up to date
- Administering compliance processes for all new starters
- Preparing HR related correspondence in relation to contractual changes
- Producing standard monthly reports as required (e.g. starters, leavers, changes, probationary, absence)
- Ensuring the timely submission of any new or amended payroll information
- Ensuring probationary review processes are undertaken in a timely manner
- Supporting in the timely production and issuing of offer letters and contracts and amendments
- Coordinating the induction process

- Strong admin skills
- Knowledge of HR / Recruitment processes and systems
- Able to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills
